| Dawn Chandler, elected to the Society 2005 | ||
|
Dawn Chandler has been painting portraits and local views for many years but recently has taken to shoes as a subject. It all started with a pair of 1960`s red tap shoes and progressed from there. The range of shoe paintings is varied, from motorcycle boots to ballet shoes. Dawn still produces portraits, and accepts commissions for both portraits and shoes. She occasionally has one or two works exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London and at Youdell`s art gallery in Kendal. |
